These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CeramiKidz website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms.

CeramiKidz offers creative kits and products, many of which are made to order.

  • We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products at any time

  • We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly due to screens or handmade nature

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in DKK (unless stated otherwise)

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

CeramiKidz is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs or external factors

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the shipping provider.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

All content on this website (including images, designs, branding, and text) is the property of CeramiKidz.
