Return & Refund Policy – CeramiKidz

At CeramiKidz, each product is carefully prepared and often made to order. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our policy below.
1. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer laws.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items cannot be returned:

Custom or made-to-order products (e.g. personalized sets or specially prepared kits)

Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
6. Order Cancellations
Because many of our products are made to order:

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

After this, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
