Each order is carefully prepared to bring a fun and creative experience to you.


1. Processing Time

As many of our products are made to order, please allow:

  • 5–6 business days for order processing

  • During busy periods (e.g. holidays), processing may take slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Denmark: 5–6 business days

  • EU countries: 10–13 business days

  • International: 10–16 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

  • Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or busy periods


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow your delivery.


5. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at cerami.kidzz@gmail.com


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us and we will help investigate

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will always do our best to assist you


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price
